From external cabinets and delicate coils to internal fins and the electronic PC boards Action Corrosion HVAC-R provides an industry leading level of defence against corrosion, moisture, vermin and environmental degradation.

Our specialised process ensures thorough quality assured, high-quality application at every stage. Each unit is carefully dismantled, with all panels removed to allow access to the internal surfaces. Our highly trained technicians ensure every panel, coil, fin and board are coated with precision within our controlled spraybooth. Following coating the units are cured in our heat booth and then reassembled including the addition of nylon washers under all lid screws to assist in the protection to the most accessed component of any HVAC unit. To provide 360 degree protection all screws are also coated with Action HVAC-RT Aerosol. The addition of a coating sticker completes the process.

All units protected in our warehouses are covered by our two year warranty which is conveniently attached to the invoice for easy access.
